Delicious dinner tonight! We often enjoy delicious food in the warm, cozy restaurant, the staff is very friendly and the new chef works with passion in the open kitchen, beautiful to see! Gluten Free!!!! I have been eating gluten-free for more than 12 years now and have eaten quite a few gluten-free pizzas during these years... in the Netherlands but also internationally. I have never eaten such a tasty gluten-free pizza, what a delicious base. I had to take a look at the ingredients, which included rice flour/corn flour and tapioca flour. I went there thinking I should order something else but was really pleasantly surprised. What a great tent, service, food, atmosphere, everything was just so good and cozy and above all very clean. I read in several reviews that people thought it was on the pricey side, hmmm then go to Domino's or New York Pizza, this is just a real restaurant and the quality was simply above expectations. Had the tartufo and the truffle was clearly present but not overpowering. Definitely recommended and a keeper for us...
