For me the best vegetarian restaurant in Toulouse. In a somewhat cold atmosphere, an inventive and tasty buffet based on fresh ingredients, very little gluten and a perfectly reasonable price. I don't understand why it's always half deserted...

Complete buffet, you can eat vegetarian and gluten-free. You can have copious plates, so the quality-price ratio is interesting. The welcome could be a little warmer.
