I called to make sure they have gluten-free food. I asked about cross contamination and how they made the rice to see if it could become contaminated and they told me no problem. There are dishes that they can assure you are gluten-free and others are not. You have to adapt, but we had no further problems (although there was no gluten-free dessert). The rice was great, we loved it, and the food was all delicious.
