We stop to have breakfast with a person with celiac disease and we politely ask if the omelette is gluten-free, to which the waiter answers us very rudely that it is “normal” and that it is not gluten-free. It is mandatory to have an allergen letter. Unfortunately, we will not return and I do not recommend it.

We have stopped for breakfast many times on the way to Seville and it was a place that I recommended. Today we stopped and a person has celiac disease, we politely ask if the tortilla has gluten and a waiter answers us very rudely that it is not gluten-free. According to the regulations, by law you are required to have a list of allergens, if you don't have one and you don't even know which foods contain gluten, at least be polite to your customers. After this, on my part, no one stops again. The treatment received is shameful.
