The restaurant has something special, the views, the service, the food... I think that as a whole it is an experience in itself.
The visit to the canyon is impressive and for that reason alone it is worth coming, but the rest does not detract from it.
The service is always attentive to the needs of the diner and to make the experience pleasant.
And the food is the culmination of the experience. We came as a couple for a weekend with the tasting menu, at a very affordable price and with excellent quality. Very aware of allergies and intolerances, they adapted all the dishes to be gluten-free.
I couldn't say which dish I liked more, the rice with mushrooms and onion blood sausage, it was very good and soft. The ajoblanco had a delicate and fresh touch. The shared dishes were also very delicious. Probably what caught my attention the most was the rabbit stew with old mustard, the rabbit meat looked like butter, it fell off the bone practically by itself.
And for dessert, we tried the sweet potato torrija with licorice ice cream and I thought it was very original, the sweet sweet potato, coated with cinnamon and sugar with the licorice ice cream, makes a good combination.
And to finish a shot of a very original cream, try it and try to guess what it is... You probably wouldn't accept it in life
