A new discovery in Requena.
The food was very good and well presented.
Generous portions and the location was pleasant.
One of the guests is celiac, and they adapted their menu without any problems. The waiters were attentive, and the dishes came out without delay. The value was good.
As a point to improve during the meal, the table next to us started cleaning their cutlery twice, making a lot of noise and a strong smell of vinegar.

Highly recommended. The food is fantastic. Attentive and friendly waiters. And eating in a cave is a real treat! They have gluten-free beer and bread. And many of their dishes are also gluten-free. The cheesecake is spectacular.
