Eating at any of Carlos Cervera's restaurants is a sure bet, as it never disappoints. Regular customers since the Venta del Moro stage have only one drawback: gluten-free desserts. Recovering Pilar's custard without the cookie would be wonderful (or having a Comtessa “barreta.”)
Note: there is gluten-free bread and beer.
