I'm vegan + Medical Medium + gluten-free and mostly fat-free and corn-free.
My way of eating can be hard to maintain while traveling.
But at Restaurant Maya they had several dishes that was gluten-free, vegan and Medical Medium compatible.
🌵I chose the grilled cactus (Nopales) steak with veggies and about, and it was very delicious 😋
The waitress was very helpful and made sure he was right about all my special needs by asking in the kitchen 👍🏻
🔥🍌For dessert I had yummy flambéed banana, and what a show the waiter put up for us 🤩🙌🏼
