A restaurant that's different from what we're used to with traditional tapas. It offers a traditional menu, is gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Of the dishes we chose to share, there were some I wouldn't order again, for example, the beet hummus and the salmorejo. The salmorejo had too many ingredients and masked the flavor too much; I didn't like it. I understand why some people might like the beetroot. We were right on target with the other dishes: octopus, Iberian pork shoulder, and noodles. Those three dishes were very delicious, with good flavor and textures. The desserts were also delicious, although the cheesecake didn't taste like cheese itself.
They didn't have regular soft drinks, but they offered similar options.
The service from the waitresses was 10/10! Very pleasant. The downside, and the reason for my 3 stars, was the delay; there was a long wait between courses; it took us three hours to eat...
