Good option for lunch or a vermouth in the center of Valencia and with an alternative for celiacs. I went there because I had seen comments about the gluten-free offer and it was true, they offer gluten-free adaptation for most of the sandwiches. Those of us with celiac disease can order anything that does not have potatoes or fried items, due to the contamination that would be due to the fact that they only have one deep fryer. Of particular note is the gluten-free bread, with a very crunchy crust reminiscent of “normal” bread. The pity is that you have to pay a supplement for it, but these types of options are still appreciated.
