The food is creazy delicious end you can eat as healty as you like! We were honestly impressed. It started with a simple but so healty of high quality salad which we didn't order so we were surprised, thinking it was free (it wasn't, but it'sok fot this time). Followed by an eggplant with vegan elements that were impressively realistic good. But the BEST OF ALL --->>> ARROZ WITH IBERICO AND SMOKED EEL <<-- THIS WAS WOW!!! And we closed the dinner with a gluten free Torrija, also very exquisite

VERY TASTY VEGAN FOOD. Despite not being a vegetarian or vegetarian restaurant, they have excellent options. First of all let's try the grilled artichoke and I have to say that I won't repeat it. Although it was tender, it was very small, I was expecting an artichoke flower and it is simply the heart. I also ordered the grilled eggplant with heüra and vegan Greek and the truth is that it was very delicious, the vegan cheese and the smoked flavor was delicious and it is quite stuffed with heüra, the eggplant is very tender. I appreciate a good starter but perhaps a little overpriced. As a main course I ordered the coca de heüra and this one really surprised me. The dough was exquisite, of great quality. The base was an exquisite hummus with a lot of cumin flavor, it was quite full of heüra vegetable bites with Mediterranean dressing and they were super tender, the mushrooms had a lot of flavor and the rosemary and coarse salt gave it the perfect touch. The size was perfect, in fact I left half of it (which I asked for to take away). In this case it seemed like a very economical dish for the excellent dish it is. Finally I tried the vegan and gluten-free torrija with almond bread that they have for dessert. It is a fairly expensive dessert that was not worth it. I liked that it wasn't too sweet, in fact I thought it only had the burnt sugar they added on top. It is not a heavy dessert at all, I would say that it is not even fried but grilled, which I appreciate, but a dessert without anything special. I wouldn't order it. I have to say that I go to this restaurant with people who eat animals and they didn't leave as satisfied as I was. Taking into account that it is a restaurant that appears in the Michelin guide, its fame and the price, we expected a little more. But I can only tell from my experience and what I tried. The food, regardless of the price, would be an 8 but I would give the quality-price ratio a 6. I would return for the coca de heüra a thousand times more, an unbeatable price for the quality of this dish. The atmosphere and service is unbeatable.
