We had the set lunch menu and it was very good, everything was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant is 100% gluten-free.

We had booked a Friday lunch for the traditional Desarme menu, and, as always with Lore and Julio, the experience was a 10/10! As soon as we sat down, they brought us a plate with slices of chorizo ​​and breadsticks. The fact that this welcome appetizer is completely gluten-free is a wonderful touch and gives us immense peace of mind from the very first minute. The new location is super beautiful, very well decorated and very bright. Plus, the details in the women's restroom were 10/10, and they make a real difference to the quality of the place you're visiting. The service and attention continue to be unbeatable! For me, the chickpeas with cod are the star of Desarme, and at Cubia they make them spectacular! They also told me that the tripe was delicious. As for me, since I have a meat allergy and celiac disease, the service is incredible: they prepared baby squid for me as a main course and gluten-free bread. The fact that everything is 100% gluten-free is incredibly reassuring. For dessert, we tried rice pudding, cheesecake, and triple chocolate cake. Each one was more delicious than the last! We hope this new phase goes well for you and we'll be back for lunch another day soon. Highly recommended!
