Mandatory place in Santander.
It's nice to go to restaurants like that. The treatment is exceptional, close and very friendly. Each dish is worked down to the smallest detail and both the flavor and the raw materials are excellent. It should be noted that two people were celiac and another was more intolerant to fish and lactose and they adapted the entire menu to perfection. Looking forward to returning to Santander so that El Serbal surprises us again.
