I'm not from Aracena but I was going to come to eat in the Sierra and my wife has several food intolerances and they sent us the allergen letter very quickly and without problems. Once there, the attention has been great, highlighting our waitress Maite who has been attentive to advise us at all times, bringing gluten-free bread and adapting the dessert so we can finish with something sweet...
