Chic and phenomenal place in the heart of Guadalajara. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. They have gluten-free dishes and others that can be adapted (let us know beforehand). We ordered salmorejo (gluten-free), artichokes, secreto and the gluten-free cheese coulant. The price is according to the quality. We will go again without a doubt
