I'm afraid I must post what I think publicly. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and has alpha-gal, the dinner was going great, we asked for the vegan non gluten pizza. They brought us a vegetarian pizza and asked the waiters multiple times if the cheese was vegan and the pizza was vegan they kept saying yes yes yes, 4 times. Unfortunately I had to bring my girlfriend to emergencies due to the unprofessionalism of not double checking their order properly. I'm not wanting to blame anyone for what happened but it's a dangerous behaviour to have this little care for some food so SPECIFICALLY asked for. The restaurant I'm sure it's great, but my experience wasn't the best sadly, I wish this restaurant the best, but I must please ask to be careful with these specific orders. Second guessing is better than just delivering whatever, please take health seriously when your clients do tell you they have a life threatening condition.

Every year we go to Gandia at least 2 times. And it is a sure thing to eat again the delicious pizzas they have. And the treatment by all the staff is unbeatable. 100% recommended, and gluten-free on top of that. Don't hesitate to try.

Highly recommended, especially for gluten-free people. Very good pizzas! If I return to Gandia, I will definitely come back!
