We celebrated my in-laws' silver wedding and the experience was unforgettable, both for the food and the atmosphere. The food was spectacular, everything was delicious and adapted to all types of palates, especially focusing on intolerances since there were two people with celiac disease and the menu was adapted without any problem. On the other hand, the atmosphere and service was excellent, the entire team is very friendly and they gave us an unbeatable atmosphere, the head of the room, Jaione, along with her front of house team, were always super attentive in case we were missing something on the table, and Aaron, head chef and his team, made the experience spectacular. We have been many more times and each time they surpass themselves more and more. Always a pleasure!

Amazing culinary experience in Pamplona. We had the “Metamorphosis experience”, where the mixture of flavours and exquisite wines are served with a personal touch from the owner Jaoine. Totally different and worth experience. They were grateful that we mentioned the dietary restrictions (gluten intolerance) and made the necessary adjustments to the menu
