The food is exquisite, with gluten-free pizzas among the best I have ever had. The attention of the guy who served us was exceptional. Spectacular Italian. The starters were excellent, both the burrata and the provolone. And the pizzas, for me, were some of the best in Valencia. We ordered the Truffled and Spicy. My companion is gluten intolerant, and you can order any pizza gluten-free. And the waiters were very attentive, especially Borja.
