Everything great. The service is very good, very focused on allergies and dishes suitable or not for celiacs. It's nice because it's not common. Quality cuisine and a very cool place.

The location and atmosphere is very good. It is in the heart of Guadalajara and the place is cozy. The service was good at all times. The only complaint I have is that that day the salad we ordered was not very good and the price seemed a bit high to me. Note that they have gluten-free options as well as bread and beer.
