On vacation with my family in Lisbon. Passing through the street we were attracted by the sign displayed on the road that highlights GLUTEN-FREE food (well done!!). An interesting service is also the possibility of take away, the possibility of being able to take the food in aluminum containers that they prepare specifically. I chose Carpaccio beef as ZAPAS: it is nothing more than a cold dish with the ingredients written on the menu, in three languages, but not Italian (absurd) My wife instead, a Caprese salad served as in the photo on a flat plate. My son a plate of gluten-free carbonara pasta and my daughter spaghetti with oil and cheese. For dessert a tiramisu (rating 6) that I liked and a lemon cheesecake (rating 5) to complete two coffees (I explicitly asked for two Italian coffees) that we finally appreciated (rating 7). The judgment on this place is clearly influenced by the possibility of eating gluten-free, it is possible to do it in multiple versions or at the customer's request, I really appreciated this flexibility. The dishes that my wife and I chose are well presented and of good quality. The courtesy and availability of the staff is much appreciated. My advice is to also include the Italian language, which is a must for a restaurant that calls itself that, only two pages of presentation on the menu are not enough.

We have visited La forchetta twice during our stay. My wife had the Caesar salad which was a home made sauce and the best she has ever had. The pesto gluten free pasta with shrimp was also superb. Staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Fab.
