Restaurante La Perla

We have eaten very well but I have two complaints, the first is that I am intolerant to wheat, I ask if they have piquitos or gluten-free bread and they tell me that they have both, I choose the piquitos and what is my surprise that when I read the composition I see that they are made of wheat- I let them know and in the process I tell them the importance of one of these mistakes - I'm just intolerant thank goodness - The other complaint is even more intolerable in a restaurant of this category, it is unforgivable, my brother-in-law ordered a gin and tonic - the waitress brought him the glass with the gin already served - he is a very good person and he didn't say anything - It didn't seem right to me to tell Miss. that he took it and served the gin on the table, these are unforgivable errors, La Perla is not a bar, it is a restaurant, it is understood that the quality has in fact been very good but these errors cause that quality to be diminished.

We are a family of 6, with two celiacs and every year we go to lunch on Epiphany. We eat with the peace of mind of knowing that it is well cooked and contains no traces and is also delicious! The girls are very friendly and then we see the cavalcade of kings pass by the door. It is a restaurant 100% recommended for demanding palates.
