I hadn't been able to find a place to reserve on Sunday because almost all the gluten-free restaurants in the area were closed (we have a celiac in the family), so we went to Lierganes for a stroll and discovered it by chance. They have an extensive gluten-free menu, and a very extensive one in general (it's a book of menus... haha). The celiac ordered squid in its own ink, which originally came without potatoes or rice, but they were very kind and made him some fries on the side (perhaps on a busier day, they wouldn't be able to do it). It was really good, a pleasant surprise.
