Very good. They treated us very well and the food was excellent. No problem also to eat gluten-free, almost all options.

I have been going to the Pasión Group restaurants for years and I have always been very happy. However, I had not been to Letras del Laurel since before the pandemic and I have been greatly disappointed. The quality of the menu has dropped a lot: it is the same food but more expensive and less elaborate. The ratatouille has no flavor, they serve it half cold and they don't even finish cooking the vegetables properly. The egg was hard and cold. The chops were quite burnt. Before they had many gluten-free desserts and now only fruit and coulant (with a supplement of 3 euros...)
As for the treatment, it leaves a lot to be desired. The waitress was rude and in a hurry, and it took almost 40 minutes between dishes.
Today I do not recommend it!!
