It is one of the best restaurants in Fortaleza. The atmosphere is very beautiful and pleasant and the food is impressive. I have tried both the a la carte dishes and the executive menu and both are great. The signature drinks menu is an attraction in itself - the cashew drink is delicious. The staff is very attentive and the gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu. The chef also made some adaptations to the dessert so that it was gluten-free.
