Thank you for such a special birthday evening. An incredible, gluten-free dinner with wonderful service from all the staff.
One minor but major complaint for me about the hotel is the use of air fresheners. The smell is so strong that it even reaches the dining room on the outdoor patio, which is a major problem for asthmatics.

The tasting menu was spectacular, and if you let them know in advance, they'll adapt it for celiacs, although they only really had to adapt one of the dishes. Highly recommended, and the portions were just right so you wouldn't leave hungry. The service was excellent. 10/10.
