Excellent food as well as exquisite treatment. Suitable for celiacs (they are endorsed by ACECOVA). Super good attention, you feel like you are at home. Highly recommended.

We went to eat on the weekend and everything we ordered was spectacular, we especially enjoyed the eggplants and the fingerlings, the gluten-free batters work very well. It's a pleasure that the entire menu is gluten-free and they cook so well. The waitress was a great true charm and the waiting time was minimal, so despite having to cross all of Valencia, we will return without hesitation. The only thing I may have missed were grilled vegetable dishes or more basic salads.
