I 100% recommend this restaurant! Starting with María, the owner, she is charming and everyone is very professional. It is a unique experience on the island. They make their pairings in plain sight, making it a spectacle to watch them work. I have celiac disease, and in addition to offering a variety of very delicious and original gluten-free dishes, they made a sauce specifically for me. The dishes are abundant and with very good raw materials. I loved everything and recommend it to celiacs and other diners!
