Love this place. GREAT gluten free options, they can make all their sandwiches on their gluten free bagels. I usually get the Southwest sandwich on the gluten free bagel. Excellent service. It is oftentimes quite crowded because people love it (as they should) which makes it a popular spot, and multiple times I’ve gone with friends and had trouble finding a spot to sit at. But especially as it warms up that will free up the outside seating. All in all, I highly recommend this spot. York needs more places like it.

Don’t you dare go to Starbucks. THIS PLACE IS A GEM!!! As someone who is gluten free I cannot express how grateful I am to have such an amazing place to get a delicious breakfast. The GF waffle with fruit was beyond my expectations and coffee is light years better than Starbucks and even a step above Prince Street downtown (sorry, Price St). On top of that they have such a beautiful, clean, and friendly atmosphere. My only critiques are to please use real maple syrup or at least have it as an option. And please open on Sundays for breakfast!
