Delicious meat & fish dishes which are all gluten free

We had a decent dinner consisting of fish & vegetable soups and a fish plate for two. The main dish was good (comparable to others we ate at Zadar), but the vegetable soup was a bit baby food like.
Our waiter was a bit aloof and didn’t pay much attention. Especially when we requested “gluten free” necessity, he nodded but brought the soup with croutons anyway.
In general, food was good but service needs a bit improvement.
