Slow slow slow! When asking for gluten free French toast, there’s no powder sugar or cinnamon. The amount of pancake for the dollar size isn’t even 1 pancake. For $60 we left hungry

Revel is located in Hilton Garden Inn, downtown Pittsburgh. I would imagine that this location gets lots of visitors for Pirate games and Steeler games. Therefore they should be prepared to handle morning crowds especially Sunday morning, however that was not the case. Our server A took our coffee order but mentioned that she had to go upstairs to get a pot of coffee however in the meantime, I watched another server get coffee to his tables within 5 minutes of ordering. Our coffee came 15 minutes after ordering. I got a simple breakfast since I have a gluten allergy and very little on the menu appeared to be able to be gf. I ordered scrambled eggs and sausage. The eggs appeared to be fake eggs and tasted funny. I took two bites and was done. They did remove them from the bill when I mentioned that they tasted off. I could over hear an entire discussion about how they ran out of bacon but that they were making more and that would be done in 20 minutes or so. Huh? We watched another couple get up and leave after there was little attention paid to them and the order. All in all, not a good experience.
