Rey Organic in the Istanbul airport is a real find for those of us who are celiac and must follow a gluten-free diet. I was looking for some fresh fruit to supplement the food on the flight and I couldn’t resist the gluten-free tiramisu. It was delicious! The gluten-free strawberry tart also looked tempting but I had to draw the line. I also bought some ayran. Other reviewers complained about the price but gluten-free treats such as offered here are expensive to produce. It’s worth it to me to know that my food is safe and won’t make me ill. Service was polite and efficient.
