Rey organic

Rey Organic in the Istanbul airport is a real find for those of us who are celiac and must follow a gluten-free diet. I was looking for some fresh fruit to supplement the food on the flight and I couldn’t resist the gluten-free tiramisu. It was delicious! The gluten-free strawberry tart also looked tempting but I had to draw the line. I also bought some ayran. Other reviewers complained about the price but gluten-free treats such as offered here are expensive to produce. Service was polite and efficient.
