We went on a Sunday night, the owner was working by herself with a busser. She warned us that things might take awhile, but they didn't. She was able to answer the phone, wait tables and cook with a full restaurant! Truly amazing. And we had some dietary needs (no dairy, no gluten for one; no sugar and carbs for the other) that she handled with no issues. The food was amazing, plus lovely wall art and dishes. Highly recommended!
