Rib City - Arvada

Everyone in our group of six really enjoyed their meal. Ribs were not quite as"fall off the bone" as advertised, but we're still pleasingly tender, great flavor even without any added sauce, and a good proportion of fat to lean. My dining companions spoke highly of the fried okra. Portions were good, we were allowed to order from the lunch menu even though it was closer to dinner time, which I very much liked. Sweet tea was just the right amount of sweet. Waitstaff were attentive, and even remembered that we were poking fun at one person in our group for being gluten-free and dairy-free and confirmed that he did not want toast with his meal. Overall a better barbecue experience than what I've had at many of the better-known barbecue joints in the metro area. Will definitely visit again.

Awesome staff and the best ribs ever! Just recently August 2023, they changed their French fries. The new one are not good, plus if you have gluten sensitivity issues you can't have them. So bummed the previous fries were the best - please bring them back.
