Yes, careful, there is a problem! I went to Rice Up Oerlikon and the staff was not able to communicate well and had no idea of the implications of gluten-free cooking

they use a product from "planted" which may contain gluten. i have told them many times, they still always say that the whole kitchen is glutenfree. they didnt seem to understand the importance of contamination.
