My wife and I recently dined at Rice to Go, and we had a nice experience. Vincent, our server, was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. One of the standout aspects of Rice to Go is their extensive selection of gluten-free options. As someone who needs to be mindful of dietary restrictions, I was thrilled to see so many delicious choices available. Every dish we tried was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The visit to Rice to Go was a good one. It’s what you’re looking for, fast and fresh Chinese food. We definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great dining experience, especially those seeking gluten-free options!

My family and I had routinely purchased food from Rice To Go and the last three times we have ordered, the food was tasteless, hard and more veggies than meat in all dishes. The prices have gone up and the quality has substantially declined. We have family members who are celiac and they had informed us that our order was fully gluten free until we got home and found out it wasn’t. We immediately called them and they blamed us on poorly ordering. The customer service at this facility is atrocious. Based on the quality of food and poor customer service, it is clear that financial gain is more important than retaining long term customers. Truly disappointing as this was a go to place for our family. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You won’t stay in business long if this continues.
