Great for gluten free!

Great fish and chips. Amazing setting. Note to restaurant: when you put the little tubs of gluten-free vinegar in the box of take away fish and chips, the tubs change shape with the heat and leak. Not a big problem as the vinegar ends up where you will put it eventually.
