An exceptional dining experience from start to finish! Our dinner for four at Rick Shores was nothing short of perfection. We were lucky enough to score the best seats in the house, which set the tone for an unforgettable evening. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and our waitress deserves special recognition for her exceptional attention and vibrant personality. With a severe coeliac and a peanut allergy at our table, dining out can often feel daunting, but not here. Our waitress took the time to thoroughly address our concerns, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring every dish was prepared with care. Her patience, professionalism and undeniable flair made us feel at ease and her genuine kindness was the cherry on top. And the food—absolutely divine! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The kitchen’s ability to accommodate allergies without compromising on quality or taste was impressive and we’re happy to report our guest with allergies “survived the night” without a hitch. For coeliacs, this restaurant is a shining example of how it should be done. Rick Shores delivered on every front: ambience, service and food. Thank you for an evening that left us all raving. The food and location were both amazing, but the service was the clear winner! One of the staff members greeted us with a "happy anniversary" which was lovely. As someone who eats a plant-based gluten-free diet, I was assisted by a lady who provided me with amazing choices. Overall, it was an absolutely amazing experience.
