I had higher hopes. Everyone else said their beer and pizza was excellent, but I had their specialty gluten free 'pizza'. The crust was polenta and shredded potato. It was worse than it sounds. It would've been bad on its own but it was terrible as a crust. There are a lot of commercially made crusts that are great. Server asked if I wanted utensils because it readily falls apart :/. No coffee or tea served even during day time but that's not totally unexpected since it's part of the brewpub so I had hot water with lemon.

Truly unique gluten free crust made of potato and polenta base that gives a somewhat fry-like dense taste that stands out. This really tasted like eating pizza on a base of fries and it was delicious! I got the Pesto Pedaler which was a great combination of flavours that I have never seen put together before. I would highly recommend it on any crust. Unfortunately I was short on time so I ordered take out and as a result can’t comment too much on the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, I did walk in to pick up my pizza. It was a chill vibe with friendly staff and a smooth pick up experience. I’d definitely go back for a cool date or hang out with friends. Overall, a unique gluten free gem that’s worth making the trip to visit if you’re a celiac travelling in the vicinity.
