Didn't get to see the cats, because they were booked and we were walk-ins, however the customer service was on point. We had a sibling with a lot of allergies (gluten, soy, dairy) and was actually able to order a drink (fruit tea w/ boba). It's a family owned business, and super friendly! Would definitely go back again when back in town.
