Riley's Sandwiches & Shakes

The food is great and we generally have a good experience, but they don’t know how to apply their own coupons correctly. Tonight we used the buy 1/2 sandwich get 1/2 free. We need to have the gluten free bread, but they don’t make GF 1/2 sandwiches since the bread is so small. He told us they would put half the amount of meat on and just charge us for half. They made both of the sandwiches with half the meat but charged for a whole sandwich AND a half sandwich. One of the sandwiches should have had full meat since we paid for a full. We were shorted half a sandwich worth of meat! And since it was pastrami, we paid even extra! Not cool!!
