Excellent restaurant with authentic La Mancha food. It did not disappoint. The staff gave us a 10. Super attentive, kind, friendly, etc. In our group there was a person with celiac disease and he advised us very well. The menu specifies all possible allergens so anyone can eat safely. We ordered sirloin, manchego vegetable ratatouille, gluten-free stew soup, patatas bravas corner manchego, piled potatoes and sea bass. We also ate gluten-free coulant, calatrava bread and fried milk with meringue milk ice cream. They have several private rooms for large groups that can be reserved
