Let me start by saying that I have celiac disease and that I had just been treated badly in another place for asking for information. Here I found kindness and consideration. It was explained to me that they could make me a pizza, cooked in a different oven than those with gluten. I was shown the ready and sealed base, explaining to me in which container it would be cooked, specifying that I could ask for it however I wanted. They told me that the person who would prepare it for me would wear gloves in the kitchen. They also apologized for the short wait, stating that they opened a new sauce especially for me so that the jar was new. When they brought me the pizza they asked me if I was fine with cooking it or would I prefer 10 more minutes, I cut it and tasted it and it was fine for me, but they were very kind to ask. The pizza was good and the ingredients were fresh. I've never drank beer but they also had gluten free beer if anyone is interested. I also had dessert, always gluten-free. They really worked hard to meet my needs, they checked every single ingredient including the panna cotta topping and they did it with great availability and kindness, which I appreciated very much!
My boyfriend had the plins with roast gravy and he really liked them! Catalan cream included! People who work with a smile, treat you with education and consideration are truly on another level! Thanks, you really made my evening!
