A delightful whirlwind of meat, cheese and pineapple, Rioz is our favorite destination and has many gluten-friendly options. I love the Flank Steak's gently charred exterior but juicy interior. Others loved the House Special Sirloin. And the cheese/tapioca "bread" was loved by all. The meats are brought to the table and you can communicate your temperature preferences so that the slices are exactly what you prefer.

Had a great time at Rioz tonight. Carson, Hudson, and Fabian were very attentive and the food was great. Also had good gluten free options. Would definitely recommend.
