Symptomatic celiac here, I’ve eaten here three or four times. Never been glutened. I usually throughly explain to the staff the severity of the disease/ “allergy” and have them mark the food items on the ticket. Also I ask the person who brings out the food if it’s gluten free. Not saying there is no risk, but they are generally good.
