They've changed owners and they no longer make gluten-free filloas. I'm posting this in case anyone comes forward with this dietary need, guided by the other comments. I can't comment on the rest because I couldn't eat.

If you are celiac, there is no control with cross contamination. The filling was very good and filling, but I wouldn't repeat it because there is really a lot of cross contamination.

A surprise to discover that they had gluten-free pancakes.
The place is ideal and the treatment is amazing. At all times they informed us of the gluten-free options they had and we could see that they had a lot of control when it came to cross contamination.
The options we chose were delicious. To repeat!
