pro's. best gluten free pizza base i have ever tasted. best seitan pieces i have ever tasted. cons. the ghost buffalo sauce that accompanied the bucket of seitan pieces has been haunting my digestive system for 9 hours. the next time i order this sauce, and i will because i crave it, i will ask if it can be cut with something to reduce the scoville rating. i hope this is a request that can be accomodated. but congratulations. you win. well played.

Three of us came for dinner - my partner and I are omnivores but but we always look for great new spots to take our vegan friend when she visits. We ordered the coleslaw, fettuccine Alfredo, wings and (broccoli) pizza and declared them all delicious. They really nailed the texture of wings - super impressive, and the pizza was immaculate (*even better reheated in air fryer that makes cashew cheese base just reconstitute perfectly!). Added bonus for the ice cold craft Rootbeer in a glass bottle. If you want all the authentic flavours and textures of indulgent pub-grub but without the guilt or gluten, THIS is definitely the place!
