Rise and Grind Plymouth

Having discovered this place, I now find it very difficult to walk past. The staff always make me feel very welcome. On arrival I'm immediately provided with water and biscuits and they open a tab for me. They are human friendly too. The food is far superior to the much larger venues located nearby. Specific favourites are The cream Teas, the Harrisa Baked Egg and the Salmon and Cream Cheese on gluten free toast..... Not to mention the gluten free carrot cake. Great coffee, good Wines and house cocktails make this a must place to eat and/or drink and one which I strongly recommend. The venue has recently fitted sliding glass doors which should now hopefully enable my human walking companions to be able to enjoy this place during the winter too.
