I follow a gluten free diet and was skeptical to try the sourdough bread that was suggested to buy from this bakery. Not a single problem after eating it! Whatever they do when making the bread definitely reduced the gluten enough that my gluten sensitivity did not rear it's ugly head that day! Thank you!!

Just had my first visit to Rise this morning, I needed coffee and the line next door was too long for me to wait. I am Gluten and Dairy free but decided to grab a few pastries for my family and was pleasantly surprised to see they had a GF/DF breakfast bar for me as well. The breakfast bar did not survive long enough to snap any photos because, holy cow, it was delicious! Wonderful service as well, I will be a regular here!
