While the food was good, the experience was less so. The menu has a large selection of everything you could hope for a good brunch, we opted for some lattes, mimosa flights, breakfast pizza, and shakshuka. The shakshuka was the star of the show, this was super flavourful and a nice change for a brunch option. There are gluten free options, and the server was helpful in directing me in the right direction for what I could eat, and what she would recommended. Apart from this, the service was a little shocking. Our drink orders were wrong, and one was forgotten. It took over an hour for the food to come out, and before it did, the staff were placing the chairs on top of the tables, even though it was at least 15 minutes to closing time. Because of this we felt incredibly rushed, and our food hadn’t even come yet. Workers at the restaurant then stood at the bar and watched us when the food did come out and we started to eat. We had to call for our silverware to start eating, and then had to find someone later to find the bread for the second dish we ordered. We felt rushed and unable to enjoy our meal with the restaurant essentially closing down around us while we tried to eat the meal we drove over an hour for.
