This little Cafe in Navarre is a great place to eat. It is the business formally known as Main Street Deli, which had to close it's doors due to a fire. They moved to this new location & are now known as Rise Up Cafe. I had a salad last time & it was delicious. Also very large. It had mandarin oranges, blue cheese, dried cranberries, grilled chicken strips, some kind of small nuts & all the other usual stuff. The greens were fresh & crisp. They also have an assortment of baked goods which I hear are fantastic - can't confirm that since they don't have Gluten Free, but if my mom is any indication - they are great!!
Update!! I can now confirm that they do have a gluten free dessert, the 2 times I was there they had GF Pumpkin roll. It was to die for. If people didn't know it was GF, they wouldn't believe you if you told them it was! I'm not sure if they will have any other GF options, but I'll update as needed.
